Two suspects had been arrested in reference to hate crime incidents focusing on Black victims in San Bernardino County.
The suspects had been recognized as Michael Razo, 22, of Highland and Humberto Silva, 24, of Colton, in accordance with the Fontana Police Division.
Officers have been working with the Fontana Sheriff’s Station for a number of months to analyze the incidents.
In every case, the pair allegedly focused homeless victims at bus stops. They might pull up in a blue Chevrolet Silverado truck and shoot on the victims with a paintball gun whereas screaming racial slurs. In a number of incidents, the victims had been injured, police mentioned.
