After a thrilling 2024 season, the New York Liberty clinched their first-ever WNBA Championship.

The Liberty entered this season as the early favorites to defend their title at +230. Now, almost two months later, their odds have shortened even more, moving to +180.

Let’s look at the title odds at DraftKings Sportsbook as of July 8.

2025 WNBA Title Futures

New York Liberty: +180 (bet $10 to win $28 total)
Minnesota Lynx: +220 (bet $10 to win $32 total)
Indiana Fever: +550 (bet $10 to win $65 total)
Phoenix Mercury: +700 (bet $10 to win $80 total)
Seattle Storm: +1800 (bet $10 to win $190 total)
Las Vegas Aces: +1800 (bet $10 to win $190 total)
Atlanta Dream: +2500 (bet $10 to win $260 total)
Golden State Valkyries: +12000 (bet $10 to win $1,210 total)
Washington Mystics: +20000 (bet $10 to win $2,010 total)
Los Angeles Sparks: +20000 (bet $10 to win $2,010 total)
Dallas Wings: +40000 (bet $10 to win $4,010 total)
Chicago Sky: +40000 (bet $10 to win $4,010 total)

The Liberty had an outstanding regular season last year, tying a franchise record with 32 wins, securing the No. 1 seed in the playoffs and ultimately winning their first WNBA title. They went 32-8 in each of the past two seasons.

Breanna Stewart, Jonquel Jones and Sabrina Ionescu led the Liberty in scoring, rebounding and assists, respectively, and most of last year’s squad is back in New York this season.

Currently, New York boasts a 12-6 record.

Minnesota follows with odds of +220, shortening from +260 over the last two weeks. The Lynx are currently 17-2.

Another team bettors should keep their eye on are the Fever (+550), as last year’s Rookie of the Year, Caitlin Clark, is back for her second season in Indiana. She averaged 19.2 points, 5.7 rebounds and 8.4 assists per game, and is currently averaging 18.2 points, 8.9 assists and 5.0 rebounds.

Clark’s season so far has been riddled with setbacks and Indiana’s current record is 9-9.

The Mercury are another squad to watch, as they’ve surged up the board to +700 from +2200. They’re 7-2 over their last nine and are sitting on a 13-6 record — which is the second-best record in the league, behind Minnesota.

While Phoenix is rising, Las Vegas is falling. The Aces have shifted to +1800 from +1000 since the end of June and from +350 since the season began.

In 2024, Las Vegas put together an impressive campaign, reaching the WNBA Finals for the third consecutive year. A’ja Wilson earned her third MVP award after putting up a WNBA record 26.9 points per game, along with 11.9 rebounds.

Currently, the Aces are 9-9.
