Vacuum Incident Leads to Public Indecency Arrest
A 51-year-old Florida man faces charges after allegedly performing a sexual act with a vacuum cleaner in a residential neighborhood near Disney World. Kevin Dale Westerhold was taken into custody following multiple reports of public indecency at the Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee.
Disturbing Neighborhood Reports
Authorities responded to the gated community on January 22 after receiving multiple 911 calls about a partially nude man engaging in inappropriate behavior with a household appliance in the street. When deputies arrived, the suspect had already fled the scene.
“Victims provided photographic evidence showing a partially clothed male engaged in sexual behavior with a vacuum cleaner outside a residence,” officials stated in an incident report. Several residents confirmed similar encounters dating back to December.
Evidence Mounts Against Suspect
Security footage from the property allegedly shows Westerhold appearing nude or partially clothed in building hallways on multiple occasions. Investigators identified him as the primary suspect through witness testimony and video evidence.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office coordinated with Oviedo Police to arrest Westerhold near his home on January 27. Records show he was booked into Seminole County Jail on $2,500 bond for exposure of sexual organs, a misdemeanor offense.
Property Connection Raises Questions
Public records indicate Westerhold and his wife own rental properties at the Kissimmee resort, located just minutes from Disney World’s main gates. The units appear on vacation rental platforms, though it remains unclear if the incidents occurred at one of their listed properties.
Authorities encourage anyone with additional information about similar incidents to contact the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office as the investigation continues.
