A beloved bookstore in downtown Fresno is calling on the community for support during its upcoming relocation.
Current Site and Relocation Plans
Judging by the Cover: A Bookstore, situated at the corner of F and Tulare Streets, will operate from its current spot until April 29. The business then shifts to Fulton Street and Thomas Avenue in central Fresno, with the move set for May and a grand opening planned later that month.
GoFundMe Campaign for Smooth Transition
To streamline the process and avoid interruptions, the store started a GoFundMe drive to fund relocation costs and interior build-out. Co-owner Ashley Mireles-Guerrero stated, “If we can get this funded ahead of time, then we can do the build out all at once instead of having to stop and do the next part, just a straight through opening.”
This community-backed effort aims to ensure a seamless reopening at the new central Fresno address.
