The Hermosa Seaside Police Division is investigating the assault of a person in his 50s by what surveillance digicam video confirmed was a bunch of youngsters on e-bikes.
Officers responded to experiences of an assault after 8 p.m. Friday, and the sufferer was taken to a hospital for therapy. He has since been discharged and, on Monday, met with detectives to debate the assault, police stated.
