EDINBURGH (Reuters) -A wildfire broke out on Arthur’s Seat, the extinct volcano overlooking Scotland’s capital Edinburgh, on Sunday, spreading extensively throughout the landmark which is common with walkers and vacationers and producing smoke seen from miles round.
Arthur’s Seat is the very best level of Holyrood Park, close to Scotland’s parliament and the top of Edinburgh’s well-known Royal Mile. About 250 metres above sea degree, it’s a common vantage level with guests for its views of town.
