A Los Angeles Police Division officer was shot Saturday afternoon within the Exposition Park space and transported to a close-by hospital.
The officer is in steady situation.
The capturing occurred round 3:45 p.m. by Martin Luther King Jr. Park close to thirty ninth Place and Western Avenue, in keeping with LAPD Officer Charles Miller, who mentioned the officer was patrolling the world and that it was unclear what led to the capturing.
“He was struck by gunfire, transported to the hospital in steady situation and the suspect was taken into custody,” Miller mentioned.
Miller mentioned the suspect was not injured.
