Sacramento police have arrested Anibal Hernandez-Santana, 64, in connection to a drive-by capturing at an ABC affiliate within the metropolis.
Hernandez-Santanta was taken into custody Saturday morning and charged with assault with a lethal weapon, negligent discharge of a firearm and capturing into an occupied constructing.
