“Vanderpump Villa” star Marciano Brunette is suing “Secret Lives of Mormon Lives” star Demi Engemann for defamation … he says her sexual assault allegations in opposition to him are a bunch of baloney.
In new authorized docs, obtained by TMZ, Marciano claims Demi is damaging his status by falsely calling him a “sexual predator” and accusing him of sexual assault.
He says she’s mendacity about their interplay final 12 months on the “Vanderpump Villa” in Italy … claiming the kiss they shared off digicam was completely consensual, regardless of how Demi has been portraying issues on social media and TV.

Marciano is suing for defamation and going after Demi and the producer for damages … and he needs a “narrowly tailor-made injunction” that prohibits them from “repeating and republishing the entire statements which can be adjudicated by this Courtroom to be defamatory.”
