Nakheel has unveiled the design for the Palm Jebel Ali Friday Mosque, a landmark improvement set to turn into the religious and cultural coronary heart of the island.

A cascading, textile-inspired cover extends from the roof into the courtyard, offering shade whereas creating visible continuity with the encircling panorama.
The design emphasises calmness and inclusivity, incorporating clear pathways, landscaped walkways and beneficiant ablution areas to help a reflective and welcoming worship expertise.
Tender pure gentle diffuses all through the interiors, enhancing tranquillity whereas providing consolation and serenity.
Island landmark
Rising to 40 metres, the mosque’s minaret will function a distinguished visible characteristic throughout Palm Jebel Ali.
Its refined geometric composition displays the concord and order central to Islamic artwork, whereas aligning with SOM’s architectural design philosophy.

Palm Jebel Ali spans seven islands throughout 13.4 km, that includes 16 fronds and greater than 90 km of beachfront.
