We’ve been patiently awaiting the buildout of the multi-concept One Cornelia house. And excellent news: two out of the three shall be open by the top of this month. The primary new enterprise in practically 20 years from the crew behind the commemorated Please Don’t Inform, One Cornelia encompasses three distinct areas: Tacos 1986, Mixteca and Kees. The primary, a West Coast taco spot serving a rigorously edited menu of quesadillas and tacos, is now reside. Quickly to hitch the celebration shall be Mixteca, a street-level agave bar. Cocktails right here showcase the total energy of spirits like tequila, mezcal and raicilla; we particularly love the on-trend Machata, made with horchata, reposado tequila, Pedro Ximénez, cinnamon and matcha. Look out for Kees, a swanky cocktail lounge, to observe this fall.
