The American Civil Liberties Union chapter in Puerto Rico is denouncing the switch of immigrants detained within the U.S. territory to “Alligator Alcatraz,” the brand new immigration detention facility inbuilt Florida in only one week on an deserted airstrip surrounded by swampland.
