Saskatchewan RCMP officers have arrested a 57-year-old man linked to numerous break-ins spanning 43 communities throughout the province.
Investigation Overview
The probe, launched in May 2025, connected 74 break-in incidents. Thieves made off with approximately $50,000 in cash, along with debit and credit cards, gift cards, alcohol, and antique coins.
Targets included local businesses, town offices, post offices, and community centers. Investigators found no evidence of residential break-ins.
Detailed Charges
Authorities filed 62 counts of breaking and entering, 12 counts of attempted break and enter with intent, one count of possessing property obtained by crime under $5,000, and one count over $5,000.
The suspect appears in Regina provincial court on Wednesday.
