Sony Footage Classics has acquired the true story drama “I Swear,” securing a launch for director Kirk Jones’ (“Waking Ned Devine”) movie in america, Latin America, most of Japanese Europe, Turkey, Southeast Asia, Portugal and South Korea.
Written and directed by Jones, the Eighties-set movie relies on the true story of Tourette’s Syndrome campaigner John Davidson. Identified on the age of 15, Davidson struggled via an at-the-time little-known and little-understood situation.
