SunHydrogen, Inc. and CTF Solar GmbH have signed a key agreement to speed up the manufacturing of hydrogen panels. The deal focuses on turning pilot data and recent process insights into a streamlined production process.
Path to Production Scale
This partnership pushes the shift from pilot to full-scale manufacturing. The immediate target involves producing 1,000 full-size 1.92 m² hydrogen modules, setting the stage for commercial rollout.
Signing Ceremony and Key Signatories
Executives sealed the agreement at CTF Solar’s headquarters in Dresden, Germany. Tim Young, CEO of SunHydrogen, joined Bastian Siepchen, CEO of CTF Solar, and Jens Heinrich, Director of Technology Development at CTF Solar, in signing on behalf of their companies.
Building on Prior Collaborations
The pact expands on a Memorandum of Understanding from November 18, 2025, and earlier agreements in December 2023 and July 2024. It outlines a structured manufacturing program with clear scope, deliverables, and validation goals to pave the way for mass production.
