Taylor Swift Releases ‘Destiny of Ophelia’ Music Video on Travis Kelce’s Birthday

Taylor Swift‘s giving her fiancé, Travis Kelce, a fairly spectacular birthday present … she’s placing out a complete music video all concerning the track everybody thinks is about their romance!

The singer-songwriter simply dropped the vid for “The Destiny of Ophelia” — a track through which she likens herself to the character from “Hamlet” … and, she credit Kelce for saving her.

The video begins in a resort ballroom … with a mural of Taylor because the doomed Shakespeare character on the wall — earlier than taking followers by a collection of smoky jazz golf equipment and film units.

Swift fights pirates atop the bow of a ship in a single scene, dons an old-school swim cap in one other — and even leads to a tub, the water rising up her face. The character Ophelia famously drowns herself on the finish of the Shakespeare work (we would say spoiler alert, however “Hamlet” did come out in 1623, so…)

Swift — who wrote and directed the video, BTW — shared photographs from behind the scenes of the shoot … and revealed every particular person half was shot in a single take, although there are cuts from one scene to a different.

Taylor explains within the caption, “I wished every one-take scene to really feel like a stay efficiency and remind us all of the way it felt to be at these reveals collectively. Making each second depend. It’s a journey by the chaotic world of present enterprise.”

‘TFOO’ appears to be all about about Taylor’s relationship with Travis after the mess Joe Alwyn left behind … with strains like, “Late one evening/You dug me out of my grave and/ Saved my coronary heart from the destiny of/ Ophelia (Ophеlia).”
