Prime Video has ordered animated collection “The Chosen Adventures” to collection.
The religion-based present, which hails from author, EP and showrunner Ryan Swanson, follows nine-year-old Abby and her greatest pal Joshua as they navigate life within the historic metropolis of Capernaum.
“When the kids encounter a smart craftsman and trainer, Jesus of Nazareth, he helps them change the way in which they see the world, and so they assist unfold his affect far and large,” the official logline reads. “And did we point out that she has a speaking sheep?”
Prime Video will debut all 14 11-minute episodes of “The Chosen Adventures” on Oct. 17 within the U.S. and internationally within the U.Ok., Latin America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand and Sub-Saharan Africa.
“The Chosen Adventures” encompasses a voice forged that features Paul Walter Hauser as Sheep, Yvonne Orji as Pigeon, Romy Fay as Abby, Jude Zarzaur as Joshua, Danny Nucci as Abba and Zehra Fazal as Eema. Extra voice forged members embody Jonathan Roumie, Jordin Sparks, Paras Patel, Elizabeth Tabish, Noah James, Joey Vahedi, George H. Xanthis, Yasmine Al-Bustami, Brandon Potter, Banks Pierce and Julian Grant.
Swanson government produces alongside Dallas Jenkins, who government produces underneath his 5&2 Studios banner, in addition to Chris Juen, Chad Gundersen, Keith Alcorn, Kellen Erskine and Derral Eves. Erin Elizabeth Gardner produces and Myesha Gosselin serves as a co-producer. The present hails from Amazon MGM Studios and 5&2 Studios.
The information comes months after Amazon MGM Studios inked a first-look cope with 5&2 Studios in February, which gave Prime Video the streaming rights to the primary 5 seasons of “The Chosen” in addition to upcoming drama collection “Joseph of Egypt” and the unscripted collection “The Chosen within the Wild with Bear Grylls.” The deal will even grant Prime Video the streaming rights to the upcoming closing two seasons of “The Chosen.”
