Dubai Police has revealed that its 901 name centre, devoted to non-emergency conditions and buyer inquiries, managed 542,686 communications throughout the first six months of 2025.

Abdullah Ibrahim, Director of the Buyer Happiness Centre on the Normal Division of Administrative Affairs, mentioned the 901 Name Centre recorded 393,000 cellphone calls, 96,610 emails, and 53,076 instantaneous messages from clients throughout the emirate within the interval.
