Throughout an Oct. 15 Planning and Zoning Fee assembly, she spoke out in assist of permitting the challenge to proceed, noting she was there on behalf of Lively Infrastructure and that she is co-chair of the AI Infrastructure Coalition.
Lively Infrastructure is the developer that had been pushing for the challenge.
“Chandler proper now has the chance to find out how and when these new, modern AI information enters might be constructed. When federal preemption comes, we’ll not have that privilege,” Sinema warned.
