In line with SAIP, patent functions submitted by people rose sharply from 2,007 in 2024 to three,942 in 2025, representing a 96 per cent enhance.

The authority stated the will increase in particular person and institutional filings contributed to an increase within the complete variety of patent functions to 10,300 in 2025, up from 8,029 in 2024.
