A 29-year-old man perished after his vehicle overturned into a ditch in southern Manitoba early Saturday morning.
RCMP officers responded just after 7:45 a.m. to the single-vehicle crash on Tower Road in the Rural Municipality of North Norfolk, south of MacGregor. A passerby spotted the wreckage in the ditch and promptly notified authorities.
Emergency responders found the driver outside the vehicle and pronounced him dead at the scene. Investigators continue to probe the factors leading to the rollover.
Officials have not released details on the man’s place of residence.
