Blake Energetic’s extremely anticipated deposition in her authorized battle with Justin Baldoni has been pushed again … TMZ has discovered.
In keeping with courtroom docs, obtained by TMZ, the proceedings will now happen on July 31 … and sources with direct data inform us it was a mutual determination.
Our sources say the depo was postponed as a result of Jed Wallace — a social media guru — was dismissed from the lawsuit resulting from jurisdictional causes. He was dismissed with out prejudice, so Energetic can refile if she chooses to take action.

A spokesperson for Energetic tells TMZ … Blake respects the courtroom’s determination to dismiss Wallace from the lawsuit for jurisdictional causes — including it “has nothing to do with the deserves of her allegations about Mr. Wallace’s function within the smear marketing campaign and relates solely to the procedural query of whether or not he’s topic to jurisdiction in New York or elsewhere.”
