The market worth of camels competing within the remaining rounds of Saudi Arabia’s 2025 Crown Prince Camel Competition has reached almost SR250m ($66.7m), with 100 elite camels participating.
The seventh version of the pageant, organised by Saudi Camel Sports activities underneath the patronage of Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, started on September 2 with a complete of 249 rounds and prize cash exceeding SR50m ($13.3m).
The ultimate 4 rounds, overlaying a distance of 24km, might be held on Friday, September 11.

In line with Marwan Aljohani, Saudi Camel Sports activities Competitors and Registry Supervisor, the camels competing within the finals symbolize one of the best from the Kingdom, the Gulf area, and the broader Arab world.
He mentioned some camels are valued at as much as SR10m ($2.7m), with none price lower than SR2m ($533,000), including that almost all finalists have already received prestigious trophies at previous festivals and championships.
