Reba McEntire and Rex Linn introduced their engagement on the Emmys purple carpet Sunday after 5 years of relationship.
McEntire confirmed the glad information throughout an interview with E! Information when the reporter referred to Linn as McEntire’s “fiancé.”
The nation celebrity coyly responded, “We’re having a blast on ‘Glad’s Place’ and so glad to be right here tonight.”
McEntire was a part of the Emmys’ “Golden Women” fortieth anniversary tribute, singing the present’s beloved theme music, “Thank You for Being a Good friend,” alongside Little Huge City’s Karen Fairchild and Kimberly Schlapman.
McEntire — who introduced the award for excellent supporting actress in a comedy sequence — wore a black ring on her left ring finger.

McEntire, 70, and Linn, 68, have been relationship since January 2020. The “One Promise Too Late” singer first met and have become mates with the actor on the set of the 1980 TV film, “The Gambler.”
When Web page Six spoke to McEntire in October 2023, she mentioned it was as much as Linn if he needed to get married.
