BRUSSELS (AP) — A cyberattack focusing on check-in and boarding methods has disrupted air site visitors and brought on delays at a number of of Europe’s main airports, officers stated Saturday.

Authorities at Berlin’s Brandenburg Airport stated a service supplier for passenger dealing with methods was attacked on Friday night, prompting airport operators to chop off connections to the methods.

London Heathrow Airport, Europe’s busiest, stated “a technical problem” affected a service supplier for check-in and boarding methods.

“Collins Aerospace, which gives check-in and boarding methods for a number of airways throughout a number of airports globally, is experiencing a technical problem that will trigger delays for departing passengers,” Heathrow stated in an announcement.

The airports suggested vacationers to examine their flight standing and apologized for any inconvenience.
