Diane Keaton‘s household says she died from pneumonia … and a longtime good friend tells TMZ the actress’ loss of life did not come as a shock as a result of she had been ailing for some time.
A longtime good friend of Diane’s advised us she was fighting an unnamed sickness main as much as her October 11 loss of life … and the decline in Diane’s well being meant information of her passing was “not a shock” to the pal.

Diane died this previous Saturday at age 79 … and as TMZ first reported, the L.A. Hearth Dept. paramedics responded to her residence round 8:08 AM, transporting one particular person — confirmed by sources as Keaton — by ambulance to a close-by hospital.
