Almasar Alshamil Schooling Firm (Almasar), an oblique wholly owned Saudi Arabian subsidiary of Amanat Holdings, has introduced its intention to proceed with the preliminary public providing (IPO) by promoting 30.72 million unusual shares, which will likely be listed on the Tadawul Change in Saudi Arabia.
Amanat had disclosed on 17 July that it’s going to take Almasar public, topic to regulatory approval. It acquired approval from the Capital Market Authority of Saudi Arabia (CMA) to listing a 30 per cent stake of its shares on Tadawul on 29 September.
Almasar is a specialised schooling group, comprising the highest Particular Wants Schooling and Care (SEC) supplier in Saudi Arabia and the most important non-public supplier of upper schooling within the UAE.
The group income in 2024 stood at SAR437.1 million (US$116.56 million), up from SAR181 million (US$48.2 million) in 2022, representing a CAGR of 55 per cent. EBITDA elevated to SAR215.6 million (US$57.5 million) in 2024, from SAR96.7 million (US$25.8 million) in 2022.

Almasar Alshamil Schooling serves roughly 28,000 college students and beneficiaries, working throughout 39 daycare centres, 14 particular schooling and care faculties, three universities (with seven campuses) and three clinics.
The corporate has appointed SNB Capital as its monetary adviser, lead supervisor, and underwriter. SNB Capital and EFG Hermes Saudi Arabia will likely be joint bookrunners for the institutional tranche.
