A neighborhood in Philadelphia was blown aside by an explosion early Sunday morning … and, footage taken on the scene captured the devastation.
The Philly Fireplace Division shared footage from the scene in Nicetown–Tioga — a North Philadelphia neighborhood — the place the appearing PFD chief Daniel McCarty mentioned a trio of row homes “exploded in on themselves” at round 4:30 AM ET.
