Authorities have launched a fresh search in the remote opal mining town of Andamooka for Trisha Graf, a 41-year-old local mother of two who vanished last December.
Details of Disappearance
Ms. Graf was last seen driving through Andamooka, located roughly 600 kilometers north of Adelaide, in the early hours of December 12, 2025. The following day, her abandoned vehicle turned up near Blue Dam, about 40 kilometers east of Roxby Downs.
Ongoing Investigation Efforts
Investigators now focus on the western outskirts of Andamooka, combing the area for clues over the next several days. In the five months since her disappearance, police have carried out multiple operations, including a March sweep where they seized a vehicle and inspected mine shafts along with derelict opal fields.
