Robert Saleh is again within the head teaching ranks.
The previous Jets head coach and 49ers defensive coordinator is ready to be employed as the subsequent head coach of the Titans, NFL Community’s Ian Rapoport reported early Tuesday morning.
Saleh had been in Nashville on Monday for his in-person interview and was one in all three finalists for the Titans job.
The Titans interviewed a complete of 15 candidates for the job.
Saleh went 20-36 in three-plus seasons as Jets coach from 2021-24.
