Law enforcement officials in Windsor have intensified efforts to locate 39-year-old Matthew Lewis Rivest, wanted in connection with multiple criminal charges involving a minor. Authorities confirm the Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit is leading the search following allegations of sexual assault and forcible confinement against a young individual.

Rivest faces serious charges including sexual assault, sexual interference, assault with physical violence, forcible confinement, and three counts of criminal harassment. Investigators revealed these charges stem from separate but related investigations into alleged criminal activities.
